Swim school in Westchester County. Completed 2018.

The project is owned by a local family who have a passion for water sports. They provided the space, the architectural and engineering plans for us to build to. We mobilized our resources and executed their plans in the best time possible, self-performing much of the work. Self-performance is important when it comes to quality control and assurance. We also worked hand in glove with their bank to close their financing and perform and close the work.
